Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disorder that over 70,000 people worldwide live with, including 30,000 in the U.S alone. The Kyle Monk 'Faces of Cystic Fibrosis' brings a personal touch to these statistics. In partnership with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the photos are a display of the children, the brothers, sisters, daughters and sons that suffer from this disorder.

Pictured with ACTs (Airway Clearance Techniques), the photographer is attempting to create awareness of the disease that affects so many. One of the best campaigns that any foundation can run is one that connects with people and gives them a better idea of who suffers, how they can help and what they can do to get involved.
