This curvaceous wash basin, called 'Amedeo' by Karim Rashid, is a stylish sink that offers 360-degree access.
New York-based designer Rashid designed this sink for Italian company Ceramica cielo. It's made with ceramic and is presented with a round bowl and a slender base. Rather than creating a central drainage system, the water seeps down the interior edges to maintain the sink's decor appeal. Rashid implements a quirky and contemporary method to make the average bathroom flushed with pizzazz.
Because of its structural form, the Amedeo can be placed either along a wall or in the center of a room, which allows for more than one person to use it at the same time. The sink comes with a stone surface for those who want to stray from the blanche hue.
