High-Fashion Fight Clips

Laura Egan's Apollo Rising is Inspired by the Popular Film

Laura Egan’s Apollo Rising is fashion’s response to Fight Club starring the industry’s biggest names.

The film for models.com is a provocative fashion clip inspired by Jack Dempsey, the professional boxer who held the World Heavyweight Championship from 1919 to 1926. It evokes the story about the internal fight between good and evil within everyone.

The black and white clip depicts a twisted underworld where top male models Cory Bond, Giannis Marais, Brittain Ward, Arthur Sales, Seijo Imazaki, Oran Barett and Kaylan Falgoust engage in underground bare-knuckle fights among other gorgeous male model extras.

Models Eliza Cummings, Crystal Renn and Kate Nauta appear in fashion-forward bondage outfits and severe cropped-bobs a la Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction as dominatrix-like underground fighting patrons. Gritty images of the pit-fights are contrasted with dreamy shots of supermodel Eniko Mihalic wearing vaporous styles by Marchesa.

Apollo Rising delights the senses with its display of fresh faces, ripped bodies and provocative sexual and violent content.
