Based in Vancouver, Canada, GIVE Group comprises "socially-minded REALTORS®" who are committed to contribution as well as providing expertise in residential real estate across Canada.

The brainchild of Kris Roberts, GIVE Group gives 25% of gross sales commissions to charities, which are selected by each client.

"Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in British Columbia in 2011, Kris worked in many not-for-profit sectors specializing in marketing, communications, IT and fundraising," the website explains. "Specifically, her skills in knowledge translation with the Commonwealth of Learning, an inter-governmental organization dedicated to distant learning in 54 countries, launched corporate social networking initiatives, and video/podcast productions."
