Giving your walls a fresh look just got a whole lot easier. Dulux has released PaintPod, a device that looks like a small vacuum cleaner and pumps paint directly to a roller attachment. No more bending down to load up – hit a button and the PaintPod loads its roller with the correct amount of paint. The best part is that it cleans itself up when you've finished decorating. Fill it up with water, and PaintRod takes a mere ten minutes to rinse all the paint out of its system. There is a catch though, it requires its own 5-litre paint packs, formulated to just the right consistency to work with the pumping system. The PaintPod and roller system costs £69.99 and 5 litre pots of PaintPod paint are £29.99 for colours and £19.99 for plain white emulsion.
