Ricoh Launches Europe's First Renewable Energy Advertisement

With 96 solar panels and five wind turbines, Ricoh has proudly unveiled Europe's first completely sustainable billboard.

Located along the M4 motorway which runs between downtown London and Heathrow Airport, the advertisement was created by the European office solutions company Ricoh. The billboard is so energy efficient that it even powers off when there isn't sufficient wind or sun on that particular day. This is not the first environmentally sustainable billboard produced by Ricoh, who launched a similar campaign a couple of years ago in New York City's Times Square. However, it is the first energy efficient billboard in Europe, and it is sure to promote an eco-friendly mentality to all viewers.
