At this year’s toy fair, Mattel introduced three new Fine Art Barbies that are unlike any seen before! Each one pays tribute to three of history’s most famous artists: Leonardo Da Vinci, Vincent Van Gogh and Art Nouveau painter Gustav Klimt. The Fine Art Barbies’ dresses, hairstyles, accessories and makeup are a representation of famous works by each respective artist; Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Van Gogh’s Starry Night and Klimt’s portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer.

Considered to be artwork in and of themselves, the Fine Art Barbies are a playful and creative way of exposing children to history and culture at a young age.
