Ogawa Massage Chair Ads

In order to promote Ogawa Massage Chairs and their excellent massages, ad agency Grey Kuala Lumpur came up with this cool guerrilla campaign idea.

Life-sized stickers of a man laying face down were strategically placed on stairways around Kuala Lumpur, creating the illusion that the person is receiving the famous Ashiatsu “foot” massage.

The ads were photographed by Studio DL with executive creative director David Sin and art director Andrew Fong.

Implications - As the goal of most print ads it to have consumers urging to interact with the product at hand, I'd say these ads do a stand-up job. Walking across the backs of stuck-on people in public spaces is not only a cool idea, but it really does emphasize the importance of Ogawa Massage Chairs.
