eBay Auctioners Use Sex to Sell Playstation 3

Each of the photos in this gallery are taken from actual auctions on eBay!

Marketers have long known that sex sells (although one report this year suggested that sex doesn't sell). Now it seems that eBay auctioners are using sexy pictures to spice up their PS3 auctions. Last week, one of the first PS3s was sold on eBay for $15,000, so you wouldn't think that one would need to eroticize their auction.

Over at the Fist of an Angry God, they've suggested, "With all of the hype surrounding the launch of the PS3, it is no surprise that people are trying to capitalize on the phenomenon by selling their newly acquired machines."
