While these two jovial but toothless poster boys of Perm City Station’s mural aren’t the most typical of sights on a city greeting signs, they are quite memorable. The boys don’t appear to be celebrities... just the city’s greeters, much like the Welcome to Las Vegas cowboy.
I couldn’t find any evidence of the local dentists objecting to this artwork, so I suppose they are more or less harmless.
