Bikini-clad Britney Spears Promotes Circus Tour on Letterman

We can always count on Britney Spears for the tackiest of publicity-seeking stunts. In her first appearance on Letterman since 2006, this week Britney donned a skimpy black bikini to read out the “Top 10 Ways the Country Would Be Different if Britney Spears Were President.”

Highlights of the spot included Britney saying, “I’d be the first president to wear eye shadow since Nixon,” and “Finally the media would pay attention to me.”

The appearance was made as part of the promotional effort for her Circus concert tour.
