The concept is truly innovative; your order your menu selection and when it’'s brought to your table, you are presented with an inventive selection of flavoured oils with which to enhance your meal. There are 20 olive oil based flavourings, varying from coconut and coffee to papaya and rosemary. Plenty of fresh bread is also served to taste test the oils before you make your final decision.
