The Valour Ring 1 has been announced by boAt as a feature-rich smart ring from the brand that's engineered with a wide range of advanced capabilities to maximize performance for the end user. The wearable incorporates a number of features that have been previously reserved for the smartwatch like 24/7 heart rate minoring, HRV tracking, SpO2 tracking, VO2 Max estimation, step tracking, sleep tracking and skin temperature insights. The wearable has a titanium frame that weighs in at a lightweight four to six-grams and comes in sizes ranging from seven to 12.

The Valour Ring 1 is rated to support up to 15 days of use per charge and offers more than 40 sport modes to help capture health data when working out.
