The Spartan Heart pendant is a beautiful sterling silver pendant and is bursting with skulls of numerous sizes and shapes. The outline of the heart is comprised of a row of 53 miniature skulls, while the center of the heart has 28 different skulls, including one pair of conjoined heads.
