TikTok and Apple Music are teaming up to introduce a feature that allows Apple Music subscribers to play full songs directly from TikTok content. When users discover a track on their 'For You' page or Sound Detail Page, they can tap a 'Play Full Song' button that opens the Apple Music player for uninterrupted listening. The integration is powered by Apple’s MusicKit, ensuring that full-length streams occur within Apple Music and count toward official streaming metrics.

In addition to full-song playback, the companies are introducing 'Listening Party,' a feature that enables fans to listen to music together in real time while interacting with artists and other listeners. This partnership streamlines the transition from social discovery to music streaming, strengthening engagement and monetization opportunities for both platforms.
