Together for Arizona, an initiative that is designed to provide resources and supports to families by bringing together an array of agencies and programs, has launched a brand new family support chatbot that is designed to streamline the process of providing key information and resources to families at risk or in crisis.

This family support chatbot can respond to queries pertaining to how families can access food, clothing and other resources and services. In addition to improving the flow of information, this chatbot also helps free up more human staff and volunteers to carry out other tasks.

Claire Louge, the executive director of Prevent Child Abuse Arizona, rightly pointed out that having an array of resources to cater to the needs of children and families won't have the requisite impact if there's a dearth of ways in which to access the information. “The Together for Arizona Chatbot is a tool designed to make sure families can quickly find what’s out there to help them where they are," Louge stated in a press release.
