The company recently announced that it is shifting a portion of its focus to laser-in on collaborative workplace teams and company-wide deals. Superhuman confirmed that it will continue to offer its monthly email-based service for individual users, but companies will now have access to a similar suite of features for whole teams.
These features include pre-configured messages with adjustable variables, such as switching out the name in a paragraph to send it to multiple clients, as well as premade 'Snippets' with various uses. These Snippets can be set up in a profile and selected as an auto reply or auto-message in different situations. The company's demo shows Snippets being used to send follow-up emails, send call follow-up reminders, provide a quick description on a company or service, and more.
