The 'Mellow' is a machine that uses sous-vide cooking techniques to cook meals to order. Sous-vide is a cooking method in which food is sealed in airtight bags and heated in a water bath. This cooking method allows for precise cooking with unmatched temperature control. Sous-vide cooking also helps retain nutrients, reduce oil and fat consumption and minimize electricity usage.

'Mellow' includes a water bath and temperature control unit. The unit is 16 inches high, 6 inches wide and 12 inches deep, and has a capacity of 4.5 liters. This means it can easily cook around six adult-sized portions of food.

This countertop sous-vide cooking gadget comes with an accompanying smartphone app that can be used to control the machine. The app is capable of learning from previous experiences, so it can remember preferences when it comes to certain meals. It also provides real-time feedback, so you can check in on how your meal is cooking if you have to step out of the house.
