The Rill Rill Spring/Summer 2014 collection has been produced and released by designer Katie Freedle. The jewelry expert has stepped outside traditional adornment barriers by working with marble, a material that is seldom used in the creation of bangles, earrings and rings.
Although marble is an ancient, time-honored stone, Freedle has made it appear current and chic in each of her pieces. She has done so by merging the slabs of marble with gilded and metallic embellishments, many of which hang in necklace formations around dark black strings.
Consistent with the marble theme is Freedle's use of black and white slabs. The cuts of stone provide unusual backdrops for the Rill Rill Spring/Summer 2014 line, certainly catching the attention of shoppers.
