Richard Bram is a street photographer who took hundreds of photos at the Kentucky Derby Festival in Louisville between 1991 and 1995. After sorting through the pictures, Richard Bram discovered that the majority of the photographs featured women with towering hairdos. Bram decided to combine the photos into one collection and he called it 'Big Hair and True Love.'
