The Redmi Watch 5 Active smartwatch is slated to be launched by the brand in India as a sporty wearable targeted towards athletes looking to track their activity, stay connected and more.

The wearable maintains a cubic construction that puts a two-inch LCD screen in the spotlight with 500 nits of brightness and a zinc alloy case. The smartwatch runs the Xiaomi HyperOS operating system and connects to smartphones over a Bluetooth 5.3 connection to track activity on the Mi Fitness app. Wearers can track more than 140 sports and workouts, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, sleep, stress and more.

The Redmi Watch 5 Active smartwatch is rated to provide up to 18 days of battery life per charge and will be available starting September 3 in Matte Silver and Midnight Black color options.
