ProductPlan Acquires Winware.ai for Product Planning

ProductPlan, an enterprise and mid-market product lifecycle management software provider, has acquired AI-native customer and market research platform Winware.ai. The deal strengthens ProductPlan’s product management suite by integrating generative and agentic AI capabilities designed to improve decision-making, reduce product risk, and speed the journey from concept to revenue.

The acquisition adds AI-driven research and insight generation to ProductPlan’s existing tools for strategy, prioritization, roadmapping, and product launches.
