The Predator X27U F8 is a 27-inch class OLED gaming monitor featuring a 2560 × 1440 resolution panel based on LG’s 4th Gen Primary RGB Tandem technology. It offers a native 540 Hz refresh rate with a 10-bit color depth and GtG response times of 0.01 ms (black-to-white) and 0.03 ms (gray-to-gray). The display is factory-calibrated to a Delta E < 1, covers 99 % of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and carries a VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black certification with a peak brightness of approximately 1500 nits. A dual-mode function allows the monitor to downscale to 1280 × 720 resolution to achieve up to 720 Hz for competitive gaming scenarios.
In terms of connectivity and ergonomics, the X27U F8 includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 2.1 input, and a USB-C port delivering up to 90 W with DisplayPort Alt Mode, plus an integrated KVM switch. The unit incorporates two 5 W speakers and mounts on a fully adjustable stand supporting height, pivot, tilt, and swivel adjustments, in addition to VESA 100 × 100 compatibility. The monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro to reduce screen tearing and is slated for a Q1 2026 release in the United States at USD 1,299, with a European launch in Q2 2026 priced at €1,199.
