British fashion designer Daniel W. Fletcher launches its latest collection for the Fall/Winter 2019 season entitled 'Postcards from the North.' Fletcher looks to his heritage for design inspiration this season, highlighting traditional manufacturing processes that are deeply rooted in Northern England.
The range celebrates the history of textiles and mills by using fine fabrication such as merino wool from Prince of Wales and the check and houndstooth patterning. He also drew in the help of Abraham Moon & Sons mills, which is a long time expert of luxury wools and has been in the business since 1837. It helped with crafting the double facing scarves, where as photojournalist John Bulmer features his images of 60s Northern England on tees, shirts, and scarves.
