These Minimal Pinstripe Shoes Were Designed by Adidas

Sportswear brand adidas continues to release unconventional shoe designs and its newest NMD pinstripe shoes are no different.

Called the 'NMD XR1,' the shoes are another in the brand's recent shift towards more minimalist designs that focus on a "deconstructed aesthetic." The shoes are black, white and blue in color and have few accessories, allowing the black and blue pinstripes on the upper to work as the central design piece. The rest of the shoe is relatively simple, with a black cage that holds the laces and a stucco-like white base.

These pinstripe shoes are another progression in adidas' current movement towards mixing modern, almost futuristic designs with ones that are still true to the brand's classic style.
