President Obama has given America a new lease on life in the eyes of the rest of the world. He has given these people hope that the good side of America might once again prevail and atone for its sins.
The fashion publication world is jumping on the Obama bandwagon, and seems excited for the change and fresh start. Following ‘The Americans’ cover on the recent issue of Vogue Hommes Japan, the new issue of British GQ Style declares ‘All hail the new America.’
The cover features model Alan Carey captured by photographer Chad Pitman in a style that pays homage to the iconic Obama hope poster by Shepard Fairey.
Carey is also featured inside the issue in an editorial entitled "Man For The Season," with styling by Garth Spencer.
