MM6 Maison Margiela has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2023 visuals inspired by the aesthetics of summer. The collection emphasizes unconventional design aspects, utilizing holes, asymmetrical sewing, and reworked pieces. Margiela’s experimental nature is channeled through unique colors and silhouettes.

The campaign adopts the aesthetics of Le Java, a famous Parisian nightclub, to fuse the creative nature of Margiela’s designs with themes of nightlife. Collection highlights include the ‘Japanese’ bag, a shoulder bag crafted in net fabric. Tailored trousers adopt a techwear-like method, while asymmetrical silhouettes like spliced t-shirts and draped fabric disrupt the muted tones throughout the collection.
