Mizuno Launches the New Wave Prophecy Moc GORE-TEX

Japanese footwear retailer Mizuno, through its Sportstyle division, is introducing the new Wave Prophecy Moc GORE-TEX, a new sneaker design boasting the brand's signature 'Infinity Wave' sole. For the first time, the Wave Prophecy Moc incorporates GORE-TEX, enhancing breathability and waterproofing for all-weather versatility. The sock-like construction ensures a secure fit, making it suitable for performance-oriented consumers and those seeking everyday wear.

The sneaker is available in two colorways—an all-black version and a Black/White variant—and appeals to minimalists and budget-conscious consumers. The sneakers are set to launch on March 7, 2025 via Mizuno’s online store, select retailers, and flagship locations across Japan, including Shinsaibashi, Osaka Chayamachi, Tokyo, Kyoto Shijo, and Kyoto Shinkyogoku. The shoes are priced at ¥37,400 JPY (approx. $250 USD).
