MARCELL VON BERLIN has released a new Hollywood glamour-inspired collection for Spring/Summer 2023. The collection focuses on embodying the aesthetics of vintage Palm Springs as a tribute to LA’s captivating and charismatic culture, and this is done through the usage of varying materials and textures.
MARCELL VON BERLIN focuses on sharing retro, color-filled apparel with playful textural elements for this release, offering feather-trimmed orange suits, snake prints, and oversized knitwear. Californian touches can be found most prominently in the leather footwear offerings and accessories that complete the collection.
“For me, Palm Springs is a mood: fun yet classy with intricate details. The desert town has been attracting Hollywood A-listers since the 1920’s and the glitz and glamour from that era is still alive and kicking, which is the exact energy I wanted to embody with this collection," says MVB designer Marcell Putsul.
