Sneaker-Themed Glasses Frames

Concepts Recruits Oakley for a New 'Lobsterskins' Frame Collection

Boston-based label Concepts is introducing a new collaboration with Oakley that transforms its iconic ‘Frogskins’ frames and turns them into the ‘Lobsterskins.’ Drawing inspiration from the Nike SB ‘Lobster,’ the ‘Lobsterskins’ arrive in orange, red, and blue coloring and feature mirrored lenses, stem branding, and a soft case. Orange nods to the ‘Orange Lobster’ SB Dunk Low that is set to release in the coming months, red refers to the 2008 ‘Red Lobster’ colorway, and blue represents the ‘Blue Lobster’ SB Dunk Low from 2009.

The frames will be officially launched at the Concepts x Oakley pop-up at Art Basel in Miami. All three colorways will also be stocked at the brand’s physical locations starting on December 2.
