Lionel Messi Joins adidas on a New Vibrant Leyenda Design

As the World Cup 2022 is kicking off soon, iconic athlete Lionel Messi works together with adidas Originals on a new iteration of the signature Layenda football boot. It is designed in a vibrant golden tone to channel a win for Argentina.

Gold makes up most of the shoe and the same branding details mark the lateral side of the shoe in the form of the signature Three Stripes, which are done in a stark white to add some tonal contrast. Additional details include the crisp white laces that adorn the forefoot of the shoe, securing the foot in place on the field. It is then rounded out by a black heel tab that is detailed with '10.'
