WaterField Designs, a San Francisco-based manufacturer of premium bags and accessories handcrafted in its own workshop, has introduced the Trigo Laptop Backpack. This lightweight everyday essential is constructed from Challenge Sailcloth's EcoPak sailcloth material that combines strength and water resistance with significantly reduced weight compared to traditional bag fabrics. Due to this material selection, the Trigo Laptop Backpack weighs approximately 20% less than comparable bags made from Cordura or nylon.

WaterField Designs' laptop backpack evolved from the company's popular Trigo Sling, a limited-run project that sold out across three releases. The design shares defining elements such as a distinctive triangular front pocket, lightweight construction, and a high-capacity layout that maintains a slim profile despite its generous 24.3-liter volume.
