Informa Markets and MCH Group have unveiled a collaborative venture titled the Basilia Jewellery & Watch Fair. Scheduled to debut in Basel, Switzerland, in April 2027, this new international trade platform is strategically designed to bridge the commercial and structural gap between Asian manufacturing hubs and European consumer markets.
In essence, Basilia Jewellery & Watch Fair creates an annual gathering that addresses the contemporary realities of the jewellery, gem, and watch sectors. The international platform is conceived with an urban layout, featuring distinct thematic districts such as Diamond & Gem Districts, Watch Valleys, and a Tech Hub.
For the inaugural Basilia Jewellery & Watch Fair, Informa Markets and MCH Group aim to host over 400 exhibitors in its inaugural edition within the advanced Messe Basel venue.
