The Debut Line from Ivan Curia Nunes is Light, Fun and Avant-Garde

The collections of debut designers always bring a fresh and interesting perspective to the fashion world and Ivan Curia Nunes is certainly no exception. The recently graduated Nunes debuted his menswear collection, entitled "Life is too important to be taken seriously" to rave reviews and gave him the second runner prize at the Central Saint Martins B.A. Honors show.

His cool, oversized linen silhouette is remarkable, and his choice of colors complement each other perfectly and fit with the movement towards simplicity the fashion world is taking this upcoming season.

Nunes' collection spices up traditional styles like the peacoat, sports jacket and brief case with original cuts, patterns, sizing and shapes. The style is reminiscent of classic vintage looks with a modern-chic appeal and I look forward to seeing Nunes make great waves in the fashion world!
