Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals recently teamed up with Under Armour to create a signature baseball cleat called the Harper One. The new cleat is part of a 10-year partnership with the athlete, demonstrating Under Armour's commitment to making a name for itself in the world of baseball.
The Harper One is a black and gold cleat that gives a nod to Harper's NL MVP award last season. Also featured on the golden exterior is an outline of the Las Vegas skyline, which is Harper's hometown. The cleat is not only stylish, but it is also built for performance on the field. The shoe features a one-piece woven upper for a comfortable sneaker-like fit, an internal sleeve for breathable comfort, a built-in security strap for support and a nine-spike TPU plate for traction.
By teaming up with one of baseball's brightest stars, Under Armour is hoping to make its name synonymous with the sport.
