Google Search Profiles Give Creators a Hub for Content and Social Link
References: blog.google
Google Search Profiles is a new feature that allows eligible creators, publishers, and brands to build customizable profiles directly within Google Search. The profiles bring together content from websites, articles, videos, and social media platforms into a single destination that can be discovered through Google's ecosystem. Users can add a profile image, biography, website links, and featured content, while also connecting accounts from platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Profiles may appear in Search results, Discover feeds, Knowledge Panels, and through direct links.
The feature gives creators greater control over how their work is presented across Google services. Content can be organized into sections highlighting recent posts, videos, articles, and other updates. At launch, Search Profiles are available to eligible U.S.-based creators and publishers aged 18 or older who meet minimum audience thresholds across supported social platforms.
