GMKtec's EVO-T1 Achieves a Stable 90W TDP with Compact Build

— July 9, 2025 — Tech
The GMKtec EVO-T1 mini PC is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor, offering 16 cores (eight Performance-cores and 16 Efficient-cores) and 24 threads with boost clocks up to 5.1 GHz and a 90 W TDP. Integrated compute includes an Intel Arc 140T GPU and an NPU delivering up to 99 TOPS for INT8 AI workloads, including 13 TOPS dedicated to on-chip inference. The chassis employs a dual-fan cooling system and provides extensive I/O with two USB4 ports, four USB-A ports, an OCuLink port, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and dual 2.5 GbE LAN ports for high-speed networking.

Onboard LPDDR5-5600 memory is fixed at 64 GB, and storage expands via three M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 ×4 slots (one pre-installed 1 TB SSD plus two additional bays supporting up to 8 TB each). The EVO-T1 can drive up to four 4K displays simultaneously and ships with Windows 11 Pro, while also supporting major x86-compatible operating systems. Initially launched in China on July 14, 2025 at 5,699 CNY (approximately USD 834), with a global roll-out planned for the same month, the EVO-T1 targets AI developers, content creators, and professionals seeking a compact workstation capable of sustained high-performance and local AI inference.
