The Vogue Germany Giampalo Sgura photoshoot touches on the couture appeal of classic pastoral looks. Model Alisa Ahmann was made to look much like a traditional animal herder in the series with the help of stylist Christiane Arp.
In addition to the farming notes present in this Vogue Germany editorial, Arp also applied Spanish elements. Red and white floral additions lined ensembles that featured flowing lace, loose cut-out dresses and rustic knit sweaters.
Horses and dogs made for the perfect compliments to these outfits that were topped with petal-lined hats and straw hats. While some of these pieces are arguably over the top with tassels and bows, others are more approachable, seen in dark blazers and thin stockings.
