To encourage more and more people to get active, Foot Locker released a comical running ad that playfully embraces all different types of running styles.
The ad is creatively designed to look like a series of hand-drawn sketches that feature a wide variety of different types of runners you might see jogging outside or at the gym. Underneath each sketch is an explanation of that runner’s personality based off of the aesthetic of their run. For example, one image showcases a runner covered in mud with the caption, “proudly muddy: mud runners.” The ad features 25 different types of runners in total. At the bottom of the ad, Foot Locker boldly acknowledges that all joggers are welcome to run in Foot Locker footwear.
