Brain Dead and Oakley Factory Team Launch First Eyewear Collection

The Oakley Factory Team has teamed up once again with apparel brand Brain Dead on an exclusive ski-inspired eyewear collection. Brain Dead founder Kyle Ng spoke about the collaboration, saying: "Many of Oakley's designs are just coming into the contemporary due to how futuristic their initial concepts were. So, each pair in our new collection looks like it could've fallen from a mothership or broken free from a meteor to hungry humans below."
The eyewear collection will feature four exclusive sunglasses in Radar EV Path and Radar EV Plazma designs. Freeskier Sean Pettit helped with the eyewear collection by styling and shaping the designs. The design team made the design by recreating the ancient technique of injecting fire-like O-Matter frame material into the chassis. The sunglasses consist of two different colorways: green with prizm sapphire and orange with prizm violet. The sunglasses have Prizm Lens Technology as well. The collection will be available on March 14.
