Sustainable Metal-Hydrogen Batteries

EnerVenue Launches its Next-Gen Metal-Hydrogen Battery

EnerVenue has debuted the second-generation version of its metal-hydrogen battery, also known as Energy Storage Vessels (ESVs). ESVs are designed to survive even in icy conditions and provide a broader range of deployment sites. ESVs have undergone testing and show no thermal runaway or propagation danger, therefore, expensive, preemptive fire suppression systems are not required. ESVs are a sustainable and eco-friendly product with recyclable components. The product can discharge to 100% and has adjustable charge/discharge rates, allowing system owners to take advantage of various revenue options.

“Our new ESVs deliver a meaningful upgrade to the customization and ease with which customers and partners can plan — and expand — their utilization of our transformative and proven battery technology,” said Majid Keshavarz, Chief Technology Officer, EnerVenue. “As the applications using our technology have grown, we wanted to ensure we had a product that could match almost any use case. ESVs package EnerVenue’s incredible technology into a more flexible and efficient solution that we’re excited to bring to market.”
