New York-based company Genetic Ink released a new infographic to honor the official launch of its DNA art platform. The infographic “How DNA Became Art – An Art and Science Love Story” explores the achievements throughout history that made DNA Art a reality.
Genetic Ink allows customers to turn their own DNA or their pet’s DNA into a one of a kind masterpiece. Like their predecessors in the infographic, the company prides themselves on being part of a long history of human achievement in biotechnology, art and culture that’s 150 years in the making.
According to Genetic Ink CEO and co-founder Kishan Bhoopalam, the company intends “to become the stewards of biotechnology and genetic sequencing to the art world.”
Genetic Ink is the first company to turn sequenced human and animal DNA into gallery-worthy art.
