Customizable Keratin Hair Treatments

Tricoci University and Kera|RX Add Three-in-One Keraplasty

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is expanding access to customizable keratin hair treatments through a partnership with Kera|RX. The collaboration brings Keraplasty, a three-in-one treatment, into cosmetology classrooms and student salons across 15 campuses. Unlike conventional keratin services, Keraplasty allows clients to wash their hair without a three-day waiting period.

The formaldehyde- and aldehyde-free formula addresses frizz, improves the appearance of damaged hair, and creates fuller-looking results. Stylists can tailor the treatment to produce sleek finishes, voluminous blowouts, or smoother natural curls, with effects lasting up to four months depending on maintenance.

For Tricoci University, the partnership expands practical training opportunities while introducing students to specialized salon techniques. Kera|RX gains exposure to future beauty professionals and salon guests across three states. Students can also pursue Keraplasty certification, strengthening their professional skills and expanding potential service offerings.
