White Castle's New Chicken Fajita Slider Just Arrived

— April 8, 2026 — Lifestyle
White Castle is drawing inspiration from the Southwest this spring with the debut of its new Chicken Fajita Slider and new Jalapeño Cravioli Side.

Available for a limited time, the new Chicken Fajita Slider offers a delicious twist on a classic dish by taking crispy, all-white meat chicken and pairing it with grilled onions, grilled peppers, jalapeño cheese, and a zesty green chili aioli. As Jamie Richardson, White Castle's Chief Marketing Officer explains, "The Chicken Fajita Slider brings bold flavor to our iconic Slider lineup while staying true to what we do best: delivering hot, tasty and affordable food that keeps people coming back for more.”

In addition to the new Chicken Fajita Slider, White Castle is also adding a new Jalapeño Cravioli, which is a cornmeal-based pastry filled with diced jalapeño peppers and cream cheese.
