French running shoe label Hoka One One has announced the launch of its newest performance-focused model, the 'Bondi 8,' which derives its name from one of Australia's most famous beaches, Bondi Beach.
The new sneaker features an extra-lightweight design, which has been updated from previous Bondi models to include a softer featherweight foam construction. In addition, the shoe boasts a unique elongated heel geometry and billowed structure, both of which intend to improve running mechanics. Elsewhere, the shoe features an engineered mesh on its uppers, an Ortholite hybrid sock liner, a recycled mesh lining, and a zonal rubber placement. What's more, the sneaker's rubber materials are all completely vegan-friendly.
For those interested, the new Bondi 8 sneaker is now available to purchase on Hoka One One's website and at select physical retailers.
