Tremairn Emory and Sky High Farm Launch 'Black Foods' Capsule

Founder of Denim Tears Tremairn Emory has partnered with Sky High Farm Workwear to drop an apparel collection inspired by the foods from Emory's upbringing in Georgia, Harlem, and Jamaica, Queens. Naturally, Emory's "Black Foods" designs celebrate the African Diaspora.

The pieces feature striking imagery and graphics of food seeds, including okra, black-eyed peas, collard greens, and watermelon. Specific items in the collection include a dark green tailored suit, a green mohair knit sweater, a spacious dust coat, carpenter's pants, a black hoodie, a t-shirt, and a waffle knit long-sleeve. Overall, all of the pieces feature a workwear-style aesthetic, which serves to complement the collection's farm-oriented theme.

The Sky High Farm Workwear x Denim Tears line is now offered at Dover Street Market locations and on DenimTears.com.
