'The Cage' by Benedict Radcliffe is a Sports Field in a Giant Metal Tire

— February 25, 2011 — Lifestyle
UK designer Benedict Radcliffe has a unique set of artwork that combines engineering, machinery and architecture. His latest piece 'The Cage' looks to resemble a giant car tire from the distance, but as you get closer, you can see the miniature soccer pitch inside.

Benedict Radcliffe built this fun and toy-sized stadium right outside the Stade de France where World Cup 98 was held. Inside 'The Cage,' a competition is held where people try to score on a former French Olympic goalkeeper to win prizes.
