The 2012 Autumn/Winter TOME collection is reminiscent of Russia's bygone Cold War. Although created by Australian natives Ramon Martin and Ryan Lobo, the pieces are suited for a colder climate, and a more strict geopolitical setting.

The A/W 2012 TOME display features a variety of expertly tailored soldier-esque apparel. Perfect for a brazen fashion statement on a chilly day, the models all showcase ensembles that cover the female body from head to toe. The Russian Cold War feel is evinced by clean-cut military jackets, strict leather gloves and bold commandeering collars. While this historical theme has been a persistent reference point for photographers and painters alike, few stylists have placed so much contemporary emphasis upon the onslaught. Despite this norm, there is something unmistakably war-like about the series, and while it is not yet available for sale, it will soon make a big splash on the fashion market.
