TikTok, the popular social media platform widely gaining traction from both Gen Z and Millennial consumers, recently expanded its features for business accounts with the addition of a new auto-reply message option. The feature was created to "make it easier to manage common queries and/or provide relevant information."
To set up the new auto-reply message option, brands and businesses can visit their Business Suite tools (for TikTok business accounts) and click the 'Message settings' option. From there, the feature allows the company to "create either a welcome message for when people DM your business, or an auto-reply, based on the keywords of your choosing."
The new feature will help brands easily engage and connect with their target demographic.
