Trader Joe's take on this dish starts with the hearts of Italian-grown artichokes, which are then paired with spinach, onion, garlic, spices, and a blend of mozzarella and Grana Padano cheeses. The Timbales are then fully baked before they are frozen, which means all you need to do to prepare them is heat them up in the one or microwave.
